Coming from an extensive background in Business Transformation and as a former Director of Operational Excellence, Rachel co-founded Changeologists with a desire to empower people and elevate businesses that strive for more.

Throughout a diverse career in transformation, managing start-ups right through to reshaping existing organisations, she has been responsible for creating and defining Centres of Excellence, managed movement of work activities, transitions, transformations and process optimisation programmes.

Rachel was key in a double award-winning culture programme, has implemented automation capability that reached the finals in the Business in the Community Awards and created the initial concept for a digital portal that reached the National Digital Final Awards.
