I have Education sector relationships in the UK and have recruited in Europe and the UK within the IT and Technical space. I have excellent research ability and am able to scope and selectively find talent for specialist roles globally.

As a resourcing partner I spend time headhunting professionals that are suitable for roles my team have that are currently live. Aside from headhunting, I also conduct market research on both our clients and their competitors, in order to understand the current climate of the market.
RGH Global's Financial Services Practice (FSP) covers; Banks, Asset Managers, Private Banks and Fintech businesses globally with a focus in Europe, the Middle East & Africa, (EMEA), Australia and New Zealand, Switzerland and Singapore. We focus on leadership and front office generating roles and have a recent track record across those functions and geographies.
I have knowledge of the following sectors; Healthcare, Technology, Education and Financial Services. When working in the Healthcare sector, I spent time placing nurses in permanent roles in nursing homes around the country. Before working in the FS market, I was head hunting for tech roles in Switzerland Whilst working within FS I have been able to understand how the financial market works, as well as head hunt potential candidates for roles in wealth management and private banking
