Ceylan also works closely with our partner, the Opportunity Academy, to deliver apprentice and traineeship solutions to clients.
Covering the UK; Europe - in particular Switzerland – across all sectors requiring resource for Business Service focused roles. Also sourcing candidates for talent and recruitment functions globally.
RGH has developed its own Collaboration Engine, pulling together “bubbles” of complimentary sector leaders to engage and share ideas, opportunities and experiences. Working as part of the team to drive the success of the initiative and implement global solutions as a result of open collaboration. .
Business Services Partner
Utilising knowledge gained from years of consultancy to source and secure recruitment and talent partners for RGH and our clients, ensuring we bring the right people into the business. Managing the interview and onboarding process and ensuring partners are set up to start from day one.
Identifying skilled candidates for support functions in multiple business sectors across the UK and Europe from entry level to managerial positions
Working closely with partners in providing internship placement both internally and for clients; structured apprenticeships and traineeships and identifying candidates for clients engaging in these programs. Ceylan also uses her experience and training to help support new Partners.
